Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker, born April 22 1990, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, actor, and songwriter. He is known for his genre duality across hip hop.Machine Gun Kelly released four mixtapes from 2007 and 2010, and then signed to Bad Boy Records. He released his debut album entitled Lace Up in 2012, and peaked at fourth place on the US Billboard 200 and contained the single that made him famous "Wild Boy" (featuring Waka Flocka Flame). The albums he released in the second and third years, General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2017) had similarly successful commercial success. The album also featured the hit single "Bad Things" (with Camila Cabello), which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The fourth album, Hotel Diablo (2018) included rap rock. Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album Tickets to My Downfall was released in the year 2020. This album marked an abrupt departure from hip-hop and a move into pop punk. It was ranked number one on the Billboard 200, the only rock album to achieve that during the same year. It also featured the single "My Ex's Best Friend" and climbed to the 20th spot on the Hot 100. The album's sequel Mainstream Sellout (1922) was an immediate commercial success.
